Responsibilities:

As an IT Specialist II for the Office of Health Information Management, I was responsible for managing 1,500+ user accounts, various computer peripherals, software and network components.

Vast knowledge in the use of various software application’s such as Lansweeper (networked asset management), SCCM (imaging), ARS & AD (account management), Packet Fence (device management), ITSM (IT service management), RSA Administration Console (VPN access accounts), MobileIron (cellular device administration), Workspace One (cellular device administration), BarCloud (asset management).
