Title : CNC Machine Operator

Duty : Maintaining,setting up and adjusting each machine ( HAAS ) before operation maintenance includes changing filters,adding coolant and oil for smooth run,changing tools etc… set up the machine by changing the program appropriate to each job,read blueprint and specific custom details sent from the customers for each product, follow SOP and cGMPs of the company and 6Ss. make sure that the gages such as calipers,Q gages, Electronic Indicators ( EI ) MICs are up to date for more accurate measurement, practice good documentation by making that the work orders ( W/O ) matches the product,all the paperwork are in order and ready for run. Avoid cross contamination by keeping the work area free of previous and / or unfinished jobs,clean, safe and well organized. Use appropriate PPEs such as glasses,gloves,ear plugs and steel toe boots when working on the floor. Operate a SAW machine that cuts material,change blades when needed.
