1988 to 1992
• As an account executive it was my responsibility to be a combination sales person, trouble shooter and act as a liaison between the account and Starkey. I collaborated work and effort with that of the customer service department and that of the outside rep's, to build an inner department relationship and show a united front to the account. Not only did I build my account base, market share, but did personal visits to help the account work with hard to fit patients. By making these personal visits I was able to field questions from both the account and their patient base and in doing so counsel the patient and train the account on the newest circuits and fitting protocols. I helped and developed client specific marketing communications, advertising and public relations plans Education
