WORK EXPERIENCE:

Working with MINERVA GRAND HOTEL as a Sr. FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR From 01st March 2021 to till date. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Trains, cross –trains, and retrains all front office personnel.

Participates in the selection of front office personnel.

Schedules the front office staff.

Supervises workload during shifts.

Evaluates the job performance if each front office employee.

Checks cashiers in and out and verifies banks and deposits at the end of each shift.

Pre-planning and handling with daily check – ins & check – outs of the day.

Assist in VIP’s arrival departure in absence of guest relation officer.

Motivates and maintains good staff relations.

Suggesting and up selling the rooms.
