My experience includes customers service skills and working with children for more than 30 years combined. That includes general education and or special need’s including ADHD, ADD, ODD, etc. I also expanded to working with adults in general settings-or Dementia Care intellectual disabilities, Long Term care or Rehabilitation services.

The responsibility to evaluate individuals intellectual needs and abilities before allowing them to be assessed to go into the community was given to me as a task. I also visited residents twice daily to evaluate their activities and monthly report things to their families, It was placed upon me to work in the office for a short time, and I really enjoyed learning the things that I did . My responsibilities were answering the telephone filing papers, delivering mail, placing and purchasing orders,greeting visitors in maintaining the office at all times I was also able to handle emergency situations appropriately according to Central Virginia policies and procedures, utilising crisis skills training the staff.
