Employee benefits administration ( Assisting employees when choosing medical ais cover or plan and how to fill in medical aid forms Medical Aid & Provident fund, capture them on the company server as well as on payroll, liason with medical aid for any ammendments on employees plan or cover e.g removal or addition of beneficiaries )

Recruitment and Selection ( Source, screen and place suitable candidates for positions Schedule interviews and participate on interview panels when required Provide feedback to interviewees

Capture the new employee profile on the company masterfile Update recruitment status reports

Add the employee to the clocking device

Ensure all recruitment policies and procedures are always adhered to and that all relevant documents are signed by the employee

Do an induction or hand the employee to the HR manager to do the induction Issue probationary evaluation documents and ensure discussions are held, compile regret letters and termination of service.

Attendinng meetings and going thorough minutes of meetings, extracting and updating relevant procedural records in accordance with resolutions taken and / or alerting HR Manager to outstanding issues.

Preparing memorandums to communicate specific human resources procedures and seeking approval prior to circulation

Processing/updating Human Resources Information System records from approved applications and submissions with respect to training, employee wellness programmes, staff establishment details, job evaluations, job grading and job specifications.HR administration ( employees leave application using February 2017 - June 2017
