DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS - JANUARY 2023 TO CURRENT - I worked with our Construction Team to reduce costs dramatically. We decided to bid out three Trades, Vendors and Supplier where possible for each cost code. We worked our relationships to continue to identify cost savings. We attacked variance costs and adjusted our purchase orders to maintain accuracy going forward. DIRECTOR OF WARRANTY SERVICE – JULY 2020 TO JANUARY 2023 - I learned a lot about implementation of the 2-10 Front Line Warranty Service. I came to understand that a coordination between the Construction Team with a clear understanding of the 2-10 Warranty identified warranted items. Warranted items were resolved without fail and warranty costs were reduced. DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS – PRODUCTION DIVISION – CENSEO HOMES – JUNE 2016 – JULY 2020 I managed the implementation of a Purchasing system through QuickBooks. The QuickBooks system allowed for a basic purchasing system and provided home costs that allowed for variance identification and elimination.
