For the last ** years I have worked as a RN home health case manager and would now like to work from home. I graduated from Nassau Community College, Garden City,NY in 1990 with an ASN degree and then worked on the orthopedic post op floor for 3 years and home health for 2 years before moving to Boise where I worked at St.Luke’s post op floor before switching back to RN home health case manager with the last 10 years at First Choice Home Health in Boise.
