1984-1996 - Packaging Operator – Performed packaging operations tasks by serving in various roles on different lines within the Packaging Department. Performed daily operations including running the equipment, troubleshooting, cleanup and changeovers, quality audits, observation and atypical investigations.

1996-2009 - Plant Administrative Specialist / IT Support Technician / IT Engineer. All responsibilities noted below are for both the Wilson and the Durham facility.

Also worked on exercises that teaches the Merck population on how to spot phishing emails.

2016 – present – IT Document Administration – Process IT SDLC documents and MRL IT SOP’s. Also manage the process for myLearning for all MRL IT SOP’s. Managed the importing of thousands of Solman documents.
