1984-1996 - Packaging Operator – Performed packaging operations tasks by serving in various roles on different lines within the Packaging Department. Performed daily operations including running the equipment, troubleshooting, cleanup and changeovers, quality audits, observation and atypical investigations.
1996-2009 - Plant Administrative Specialist / IT Support Technician / IT Engineer. All responsibilities noted below are for both the Wilson and the Durham facility.
