DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

●Perform all welding position (Flat, Vertical, Horizontal, Overhead) using SMAW, GMAW, & TIG.

●Assemble and full welding mainframe and other over accessories such as tray holder, glass hanger, and steam generator using Digital welding machine Panasonic YD-350RX1 with 1.2mm mag solid wire and Co2 gas.

●After a day of work I make sure that the machine, tools and equipment to be switched off and the working area is already clean, tools must be in proper place.

●Welding Lap joint, corner joint, edge joint, tee joint in Flat position and downhill or vertical way down position.

●Using 3.2 mm galvanize iron. Tubular 100mm x 100mm, Black iron pipe 32mm diameter, stainless, round bar 10mm, stainless plate sheet 1.0 mm, angle bar, tubular 20mmx50mm.
