I worked for Cepheid, this company gave me the power to learn as much as an assembler. (Being a fast welder. Inspection within SOP, learn about quality and quantity.)I also developed knowledge as an assistant leader and later also as a leader. I learned how to manage the count of materials filed in the EDHR system. and I demonstrated my ability as a good leader and promoted respect among my coworkers . I encouraged learning in them as good handlers and fast welders. Of which I am most proud that I was able to create a team that worked hard to deliver its goal every day.
