Entered Data into HMIS Service Point system from report received from several providers. Returned completed reports. Entered data into HMIS Service Point system, once a year for Cold Weather and Point in Time. Set up Entry and once a month Exited from HMIS Service Point for one of the providers as well as end of Cold Weather dates.

Set up printed two sided post cards in Microsoft Office Publisher, ran through stamp machine and mailed out. Set up and printed labels for HMIS Service Point and Advisory Meetings. Set up and printed two sided brochures for The Chattanooga Regional Homeless Coalition, Service Point HMIS as well as for Community Voice Mail.

Printed forms to be given out to other providers in the Chattanooga area as well as to clients that came into the office for help; this information was given for calling the correct providers for help. Copied and faxed material as needed.

Traveled to other providers for demonstrations and helped with demonstrations using computer, over head projectors. As well as to out of State conferences.
