My professional history is one of adventure and investigation. My focus is personnel development and staff performance skills. My contributary focus is simply to provide personnel development services to organizations, both public and private. I enjoy aiding both the executive staff and the workforce under my care to become competent at their work. My academic career begins as an inspired youth studying architecture. My fields of service skills are both artistic and technical.

To explore servicing people, I ventured into the fields of property management, organizational analysis, executive and middle management proficiency training, sales training, staff morale improvement, as well as space utilization and design. I am very good at my crafts, as each requires driving the goals of the organization’s objections. By clarification of purpose, administrative skills, experience, knowledge, and the organization's desire to increase company earning power. My skills and experience range from architecture to property management, managing high-rise apartment buildings ten stories 210 units to a million square feet of properties in my portfolio. As an organizational analyst and management consultant/trainer, I have worked with NIH, NOAA, and NASA as a lead facilitator with Dr. William Tutman (deceased) of Educational Specialties Inc. in Maryland and Washington DC. As a motivational speaker and personnel trainer, I created and serve as the executive director of the Sunz Foundation, Las Vegas, NV, to improve father and son family communication.
