Keep track and ensure received documents and deliverables are available for the team’s reference in the company database.

Responsible for deliverable uploads to customers’ databases.

Successfully learn to use customers’ tools like General Dynamics’ OneVizion, Ericsson’s EAMS and SRM, Dish’s NexSysOne.

Create tracking spreadsheets for document deliverables, add new and revised documents for data entry, and update the tracker for reporting.

Supervised closeout package team and CSS-ng team by guiding, training, and assisting the team to ensure deadlines met in a timely fashion. Partnered with the internal and AT&T team on RFDS (Radio Frequency Data Sheet) promotions and demotions process to finalize RFDS for construction use.

Verified and validated data completion in CSS-ng (Compass Site System) for RBS submission to AOTS-M (formerly CTS) approval.

Troubleshot and corrected data for CRAN and Macro sites in CSS-ng by arranging RFDS corrections with AT&T RF Engineer, sector/RBS deactivations in CSS-ng by AT&T EF&I PM or AT&T NCAL Data Integrity or submitting USH ticket to AT&T AutoForms and CSS-ng supports team.

Controlled data quality by reviewing basic information in RFDS for successful promotion to CSS-ng. RFDS review avoided promotion failure and data correction in CSS-ng after RFDS promotion.

Assisted, coached, and trained other markets on solving data issues in CSS-ng and AutoForms. Ensuring timely resolution of issues and increasing overall customer satisfaction.

Checked data and promoted through SARF, SCIP and SDP workflow processes in AutoForms. Entered CRAN nodes and NSB SCIP candidates’ information provided by SAMs (Site Acquisition Managers) in the tool either manually or SCIP bulk upload template. Corrected any promotion errors and maintained, updated, and fixed data for USIDs in AutoForms and CSS-ng.

Worked together with CMs (Construction Managers) to complete AN204 template by verifying and validating sector latitude/longitude, GSM/RBS cable length and cable type provided by GC (general contractor) for the site and used RFDS Redlined to validate the data. Additionally, searched and entered structure type, RBS ID and USeIDs (Universal Sector ID) from CSS-ng.

Successfully created NCAL RFDS SharePoint site for the internal team to access current RFDS. In addition to network shared folder and Erisite, it became the third location for the team without AutoForms access to download RFDS. NCAL RFDS SharePoint site was the easy access location and ensured the internal team to have current RFDS without accessing network folder.

Tracked and monitored major milestones and made sure RFDS state/status was synced with the dates.

Maintained communications with managers. For escalated problems, if necessary, reached out to director and CPMs for resolution.

Acted as backup person for I-9 verification for the new hire.
