Job Description

Ensuring effective and proper management of the clinics: medical out-patient department (MOPD), general out- patient department (GOPD), surgical out-patient department (SOPD) and the hospital in general especially during administrative night duty.

Provision of a safe, secured and conducive environment for our highly esteemed customers to achieve customer satisfaction.

Proper and effective management of time, human and material resources. Health educating on different topics on vital chronic health challenges e.g Hypertension, diabetes mellitus, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis e.t.c.

Writing of the hospital report.

Proper daily data collation, monthly statistical analysis and submission

Managing patients by assessing their history, interviewing them and their family members.

Admission and Discharge planning.

Carrying out examination on the patient utilizing all senses, aid and equipment.
