oHelped reduce time-to-market by working with the Hosting Center on providing recommendations which helped streamline their implementation processes.

oSuccessfully provided input while working closely with Major Accounts Marketing on pricing for the hosting service which went from a money losing service to a breakeven service.

oProvided detailed communications to the Field pertaining to the Hosting Services

●Served as the Project Manager during the Pilot and Rollout Phase for a Windows based HRIS (ADP HR/Perspective. Responsibilities included:

oManaged HRIS software release project to successful deployment for the full project life cycle (SDCL)

which was a $30 Million revenue generator of the Company.

oTargeted regional offices with HRIS penetration for Piloting each release to generate successful software pilots.

oManaged the strategic selection of Pilot clients to assure proper involvement and disciplines

would exist during the Pilot (User Acceptance Testing)phase of the project.

oProduced and distributed Pilot client materials.

oDeveloped and maintained project plans for each release of the HRIS system.

oManaged successful timelines for all functional areas involved in the Design, Coding, Testing, Documentation, Training and Packaging for Pilot and Rollout of each version of the HRIS.

oRisk assessment during development and testing phases before Pilot and Rollout

oProvided all communications for Pilot and Rollouts of HRIS to the field, as well as for HRIS service releases.

oDeveloped a cost effective vehicle to provide HRIS service releases via the internet which eliminated the cost of shipping and duplication of CD’s for the services releases saving the company $50,000 a year at a minimum.

oManaged “upgrade campaigns” to motivate ADP regions to upgrade their client base to the new version of our HRIS. Success rate 95%

oCoordinated all phases critical “hotfixes” through to deployment to the Field minimizing client escalations. Average turnaround time was brought down to 2-3 business days from the day reported.
