Supervision of five residential adolescent programs that included four residential step-down programs and a coed community-based shelter program. I am responsible for the daily operations of each program. This includes hiring and firing of staff, overseeing the works schedules as well as the supervision of the Program managers of each of those programs and the staff under their supervision. I am also responsible for the budgets of each program. Each program houses a census of 1 to a maximum of ten adolescents spread throughout the individual programs. Two of those programs are congregate care programs and one is program that specializes in the care of adolescents with emotional issues stemming from trauma.

Title- Housing Director of Chartiers Center Mental Health Community Residential Rehab

Supervised a community based residential program for adults with mental health diagnoses that ranged from personality disorders to chronic and persistently mentally ill disorders. I supervised a staff of six workers, two of them being bachelor level clinicians and the remaining being peer support counselors. I was responsible for a residential census of 18 adult clients and their care within the residential treatment setting. I maintained a budget for the program as well as monitoring the bills for each residents’ housing utilities ( telephone bills and electric bills). I was also responsible for the admission of new residents to the housing program, specifically reviewing their referral information from the referring provider(s).
