Collaborated with Vice President of Finance and Fiscal Analysts to prepare budgets for initial and continuing funding submissions. Conducted budget modifications during the contract term. Coordinated submissions between contractors and the finance department in a timely manner. Ensured full compliance with government contract terms by acting as a key liaison.
