Orchestrated the Release Train for multiple Sprints / PI’s (Program Increment) towards building SAS capability within the IFRS 17 calculations, including PI Planning and delivery for SAS workstream along-with business to understand requirements and with the solution and data architecture team, managing triple constraints (budget, schedule and scope). Functional changes in the IFRS-17 impacts the include Contractual Service Margin, Best Estimate Cashflows, Risk Adjustments, Capital Management, Performance Metrics, Presentation and Disclosures and ensuring the SOX/52-109 compliance / IT controls. Led the entire workstream in-line with IFRS-17 program milestones.
