• Mixes the patient specific antigen(s) documenting each component in the mixing room database.

• Enters the vial information into the Immunization section of ECW including the unique vial number, number of doses, expiration date and doses instructions in the comments field along with the date and her initials.

• The Allergy Nurse validates the vial components and the vial information and dosing information by adding her initials to the comments field.

• Transports the vial(s) to the office where treatment will occur.

• Picks up the vial(s) from the testing site and transport it to the ongoing treatment site if it is different and note that move in the mixing room database.

• Runs weekly reports on all vials and will perform inventory at each location with each delivery including confirmation of remaining doses, expiration date and reviews refrigerator temperature logs.

• Upholds the code of conduct and compliance policies.

• Performs other duties as assigned.
