Knowledgeable in all phases of commercial and residential building. Built and overseen commercial projects, school additions, churches, banks, high rises, medical facilities, government projects, and high end custom homes.

Proficient in budgeting, obtaining bids, purchasing and estimating. Efficient with layout, material take offs, material deliveries, scheduling of subcontractors, and maintaining building schedules. Over thirty years of experience from the field to the office during my career. I was raised in a construction based family. My field experience was earned by working in my family’s construction business which offered residential metal framing, drywall, insulation, and stucco throughout several counties in Florida. Over time I branched out to other companies and became involved in commercial construction from ground up.
