Collection and storage of 16,000+ employee files annually to ensure Human Resources records retention compliance, including retrieval of files from onsite and offsite storage as needed, individual monthly compliance reporting to approximately 1500 company locations, as well as payroll report collection, processing, and monitoring.

Locate and retrieve HR and/or payroll records for Human Resources and Legal departments as needed, including employee files, I-9 forms, W4 forms, etc. Track physical records’ locations in order to ensure the correct parties are held accountable for their return.

Research files in transit and loose documents for proper storage locations through database searches and handwriting analysis.

Act as chief point of contact for records department inquiries, expediting internal and external client requests for real estate documents, including building specifications, sale and purchase contracts, leases, and architectural and engineering drawings.

Provide support for internal initiatives by scanning, importing, and indexing archived physical architectural drawings into database systems. Provide research, support, and guidance to clients by reading and interpreting drawings.

Supervise temporary and new employees in filing tasks, scanning, archiving, indexing, and providing clerical and litigation support.

Process and compile monthly statistics using Excel, and provide formal reports on monthly, quarterly, and annual results to upper management.

Maintain 99%+ success rate at meeting customer Service Level Agreements.
