JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES
RESTAURANT MANAGER:
1.Main role on FSC, PROFIT, SALES and PEOPLE.
2.Responsible in overseeing the entire performance of the store.
KITCHEN MANAGER:
1.Managing and analyzing Food Cost and Paper Cost of the store.
2.Timely updating of Stock Factor and Production Guide.
3.Plans and implement proper storage and stockroom organization.
4.Completion and submission of Midmonth and Monthly link/Reports.
PRODUCT QUALITY MANAGER
1.Responsible in overseeing the production area.
2.Ensure that production SOP is followed.
DELIVERY MANAGER
1.Responsible in overseeing Delivery Business in the store.
2.Forecasting Target Sales/ marketing strategy and cascade to the team for implementation.
3.Responsible for the sales growth for delivery business in the store.
4.Completion and submission of monthly reports under delivery business.
FOOD SAFETY MANAGER
1.Responsible on implementation of food safety SOP.
REPAIR AND MAINTAINANCE MANAGER
1.Responsible in overseeing the façade of the store.
SERVICE MANAGER
1.Responsible in implementation of service SOP.
2.Ensure that the food serving time is at met.
3.Ensure the fast reliable quality service.
DELIVERY MARKETING MANAGER
1.Responsible in gaining ore transaction count/sales in the store.
