I started two FedEx trucking companies in NC. One is pick-up and delivery and one is longhaul.

My role had been basically everything expected starting a business. Funding, contracts, maintain trucks, all HR issues, payroll, build and lead team, purchase and handle all insurance needs.

Both companies basically sustain with my managers, with little help from me. CA Logistics, is in the process of being sold with a close by end of month.
