EXPERIENCE

Custom Engraving Services

Laser Engraver September 6, 2022 to Present

I work alongside my fellow employees to fulfill orders that a small business has. We fulfill orders from three Amazon stores, three Etsy stores, as well as one eBay store. We use a multitude of different machines as well as softwares to engrave different types of materials. These materials include brass metal, aluminum metal, acrylic based plastic, acrylic, as well as sublimation metal.

Alongside fulfilling these orders, I also have the responsibility to adhere to customer needs through email communication and technology. I see the customers to resolving their needs and/or questions about their orders.

EDUCATION

I have my high school diploma. I am also in the timeline of graduating from Volunteer State Community College with an associate degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.

AWARDS AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

Although I have not received any awards or special acknowledgements, I am very well respected at my current workplace. I fulfill a lot of the responsibilities, alongside my fellow employees, on my own.
