TN Mills is owned by my partners grandparents and with my experience they hired me to by their sales lead. I was in charge of communicating with brokers and making sure both sides were happy with our agreements per each sale. I also reached out to old customers and was able to bring multiple clients back to the company.

Although I love the job it’s not quite my calling. I like a more exciting and energetic work place. I also need room to grow and to be somewhere without ANY drama, family or petty issues between employees. I hope this job will meet and exceed all my expectations! I was hired in to help this Family ran business with their Gate and Access control division. Terry, the owner concentrating on the commercial projects, his son, Bryan managed all fencer projects. I was left to run the Gate and Access control side of the business. I installed gate operators, trained employees, ran sales calls, completed sales, collected those sales. I also was in charge on doing all service work. It was a 80-90hr work week. Unfortunately the owner and his son didn’t respect or thank me for my hard work and pure dedication to their company. I turned the company from 2million gross to 5 million gross by earning several huge contracts, one being Frito Lay. After many discussions and arguments(I hate arguing and trying to prove my worth when it is shown in my work ethic), I decided to leave because of the toxicity. January 2007 to May 2015

I started working at the Clarion as a front desk representative during high-school. As soon as I graduated they promoted me to Front Desk Manager. I was also in charge of scheduling for Banquets, the Bar, Housekeeping, and Front Desk. I reported to Gail Prewitt the General Manager. I worked 50-60 hours most weeks as well as worked my way through college full time. I was in charge of making sure every shift was full throughout the entire hotel. I was also in charge of helping Gail coordinate the banquets and all events held on property. I also took care of all customer complaints. I absolutely loved this job and I would have stayed with the company but it went downhill very fast once the owner decided to close the event space and bar and fire the GM. I chose to leave at this time and take a couple years to travel the United States. I moved to Redding, California, then to Austin, TX, then back to Cookeville to be my grandfathers primary caretaker until he passed in early 2017 Education

My daily goal is to make someone smile. I get my greatest happiness when I make others happy. Maybe it’s just a simple compliment or joke, or maybe it’s selling them a 100k pool that they didn’t need but they walk away happy that they splurged and are getting it all! Most people say I can argue with a barn wall, they also say i can sell an ocean front lot that is in Kentucky. I pride myself on fitting into any group of people. I have a past most would be surprised of. I was rich, poor, homeless, lived in a mansion, sailed the Virgin Islands, hung out with anyone no matter their race, or background, or sexual orientation, we all bleed blue and I treat everyone the same until I find a reason not to trust them.
