Manage and supervised 46 locations 40 Burger Kings, 3 Popeye’s and 3 Qdoba’s which includes managing 6 Area Director’s. All locations based in Atlanta with several that average over 2 million AUV and an overall average of 1.4 million AUV in sales.

Manage and supervised 41 Pizza Hut locations which included supervising 7 District Managers. My role included managing operations and revenue that exceeded 26 million dollars annually. Ran EBITDA percentage between 10-15%, Food cost attainment of 70% at 26% COS and Labor attainment of 80% at 28% total labor. Responsible for managing P&L’s, writing budgets which included 5% sales growth. Job also included training for DM’s, RGM’S, RAM and Shift managers.
