Duties:

• Supervising and guiding team of labourers.

• Ensuring that tasks are assigned and executed effectively.

• Responsible for deciding how to approach tasks and developing a plan to accomplish them.

• Responsible for keeping daily track of activities, requisitions and needs of the team that will enhance productivity in their daily activities and reporting them through email to the site coordinator and site superintendent.
