Year End Tax Statements

Year End Tax Statements can be accessed online once Allegis releases the statements. Otherwise they will be post marked by January 31st. Year End Tax Statements include the following forms:

W-2

W-2GU

W-2 PR

W-2VI

1099-M

1099-R

T-4

T-4A

RL-1

How will I receive my year end statement? Electronic or Mail. In order to find out please log into paperlessemployee.com before December 31st o URL for USA: https://www.paperlessemployee.com/allegis o URL for Canada: https://www.paperlessemployee.com/agcanada If you have not created an account, please do so before December 31st to validate how you will receive your yearend tax statement.

To access this feature:

Click on the Account Settings-Manage Contact & Electronic Statement Options link on the left side of the page or click on the Manage Electronic Tax Statement Options on the Home Page.

Once in the Manage Contact and Electronic Statement screen, scroll down to the Electronic Statement Notification Options section towards the bottom of the page.

In the box with the question “Would you like to register to receive your

[year] tax statement(s) electronically?” you can change your electronic delivery option.

To register to receive tax statement(s) by mail, click on the NO button. How will I receive my year-end statement? Electronic or Mail 4

To register to receive tax statement(s) electronically, click on the Yes button.

Additionally, place a check in the corresponding contact method column to select how you prefer to be notified that your tax statement(s) is available.

NOTE: This is not the way the tax statement(s) will be delivered. For security purposes, tax statements will never be sent via email or SMS. When you click, NO see below

After the electronic delivery option has been selected and the contact method has been checked, click on the Save Notification Option Settings button. Once an employee opts in for electronic delivery, the preference will carry over to future years.
