Good Day!

I am so excited to apply for this position. My name is Joolz (Julie) Gritt. I have 2 friends who work for Phoenix Financial: Kelly Mervar Jenkins and Gina Catanzaro. They can’t say enough good things about the company and their high opinion of their employment with you. I am interested applying for the same position.

A little bit about me. I have close to 15 years with a successful sales record in the call center industry. Most recently with Republic Services Call Center in Fishers and RCI in Carmel where I served in various roles: call center sales, supervisor, and trainer. I love working on the phone and making a connection with every customer that I reach. I have a way of putting customers at ease by providing active listening skills in combination with the ability to come up with solutions for the customer that make sense to them while gaining small closes throughout the call. I feel the key to the customer is to make them feel heard and understood while patiently providing options that work best for both the company and the customer.

I’ve been in sales the majority of my professional career. Based on what Gina and Kelly said, this is ultimately a sales job. In these trying times I have no doubt that having a compassionate heart for those struggling financially is integral in helping find ways to collect their medical debts. Treating the customer with kindness and compassion always wins.

I have been described as an individual with a strong work ethic, integrity and high emotional intelligence. I have a way of relating to just about any personality. I’m looking for a company that I can stay with for years. As much as I love radio sales, I’m looking to get back to my roots where I feel most comfortable, and where I know I can hit a home run time after time.
