GENERAL MANAGER • Laguna Woods, CA • 2020 to Present The Towers at Laguna Woods – Managed by PMP Management Non-profit Community Association of 311 homes in age restricted high-rise condominium Towers, boasting hotel style living with two dining rooms, bi-weekly housekeeping, 24-hour maintenance and 24-hour concierges. Assessments include access to all amenities in Laguna Woods. Responsible for a $12M budget, reserves, Board Governance, and contracts. Oversees a staff of 40, encouraging growth, development, and retention of a dynamic team. Union oversight and negotiations, staff development, HR legal, benefits and salary analysis.
