Assist CEVA Line Haul Recruiters with recruiting efforts via local communication with ICs and/or potential driving candidates.

Assist with Driver Qualification process via local communication with ICs and/or their subcontractors.

Pay contractors via Movement order #s through Pay tariff in place.

Assist contractors and sub-contractors in maintaining documents up to date to avoid them from falling out of the system and disrupting their workflow.

Maintaining TSA exams up to date

Entering STA’s online and making sure correct documents are obtained so there aren’t any interruptions.

Assure timely pick-ups, recoveries, deliveries.

Close out Manifest at the end of the night with what was scanned into the outbound truck.

Place seals onto the truck once bolted shut.

Convert Ecolab bills for the Ecolab drivers.

Create Movement order numbers for the Ecolab drivers.
