I am a retired US ARMY/ NAVY (served in both branches). Have extensive experience in security aspects and functions. Have vast knowledge of policy making and enforcement. Computer and radio expertise. CCTV, X-ray and full body scan experience. Conducted search/ seizures and full body “ pat down” for all persons and equipment coming in/out of post. Have extensive experience with vehicle searches and mirrors to check under vehicles. Use of metal detectors was mandatory for entry to post.

Was responsible for contacting customer and ensuring timely payments. Was also responsible for set up of closing on all agreements to ensure autopay and due dates were correct. Was security agent for G4S for the Port of Tampa HQ Building. I greeted and signed every visitor into the building. Checked every persons ID upon entry. Issued visitor badge when cleared.

Served during the Gulf War. I became a squad leader and Counter Fire Section Chief. We guarded prisoners of war and people of interest until they could be turned over to proper authorities . Was trained as gate guard for entry on post or CP. Use of CCTV and full body scan equipment was used. All vehicles and bags were checked and searched. Gained extensive experience and knowledge in use of side by side X-ray machines used to scan tractor/ trailers entering or exiting post. This was in Iraq and Afghanistan. Became very knowledgeable in detecting IED and bomb contraband/ or materials thereof. Policy enforcement was paramount at all times. Extensive experience with report writing and observation of all person coming or going. Vast experience/skills with radio and computer usage. Extensive experience with weapons of various types. Served on USS Forrestal CV-59 as Plane Director/Mover. Was responsible for the safe movement of all aircraft on the flight deck. We would hook them up to the catapult for launch and recover them when they landed. Was Crash/Rescue LPO. Was responsible if a crash occurred to fight the fire, make a path and revue the pilot. Was certified Aircraft and Shipboard Firefighter. First aid/ CPR certified. Made the rank of ABH2/ E-5. Product selector/ pallet maker May 1988 - Apr 1990 Albertsons Warehouse Distribution Center, Plant City, FL Pick the product and placed on conveyor belt to delivered to the store. This process was fast paced environment. After all the picking was done, I put product on pallets and secured via shrink wrap and then loaded them on trailers.

It got to be too much and took time off from school to concentrate on family! 3.85 GPA while attending and have enough credits for my AS Associate of Science (A.S.) - Criminal Justice Jul 2015 - Sep 2017 Colorado Technical University, Colorado Springs, CO Attended Online class format. Took close classes and began criminal Justice classes. I transferred because it became too expensive.
