JOB PROFILE

Responsibilities as an IT Support Engineer at Lagos Waste Management Authority

• Installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems.

• Maintains computer networks and related network infrastructure including computer hardware, system hardware, applications software, and all configurations.

• Providing second level technical support for internal and external client’s emphasis on Network infrastructure/Security Appliance and Services Appliance and service which includes: Microsoft Windows Server services, Firewall, Antivirus, IP surveillance solution, etcetera

• Monitors network performance to determine whether adjustments need to be made and to determine where changes will need to be made in future

• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults and replace parts as required

• Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization.

• Installation & configuration of a company’s computer hardware operating systems and applications.

Responsibilities as an IT Support Staff at U-Connect Human Resources Ltd.

Ensuring availability of network for smooth running of organization daily business task
