(1) I am totally retired. While working for the Bureau of Prison I have kept the flow of an institution running. Having accountability and Safety for Inmates and Staff, I have monitored security cameras. Keeping accountability for Institution Equipment. I have communicated with EMS when needed. Completing paperwork in a timely manner. I supervised social visits that may have came to the institution. Kept a count of all incoming and outgoing visits social and legal. While working in receiving and discharge Department I was the liaison for communicating with the courts, US Marshals and Probation. I also received and discharged inmates, fingerprinted inmates while completing there paperwork. I also arrested inmates if they were served with new warrants. As a Lieutenant I supervised daily operation of my department. I provided routinely updates to my Captain. Keeping the flow of work with routine checks on staff. As a Supervisor I kept an open line of understanding and communication with staff. In my years of Government work I understood the importance of following policies and procedures of any institution. I am Firm concise and consistent. I am a Supervisor that can lead as well as follow. I have helped implementing new procedures for the flow of work. I was part of the beginnings of a new institution. I have trained new staff. (2)Before my employment with Bureau of Prison I did custodial / Housekeeping work for Costco for 18months I learned how to properly store supplies, spray bottles and chemicals. (3) I was a Licensed Security Officer for two companies in NYC. F.J.C Security Serv, HGSS Security Serv from April 1995 to 1999. I have been trained in (DCT) Disturbance Control Training and CPR, Pepper Spray. (4) I'm State board Certified Peer Support Specialist as of May 2023 as well as Certified compliance with Behavioral Health and Therapy. I have over 30yrs experience dealing with Recovery. I have supported many different individuals in group setting or one on one throughout my years. I provide recovery support and motivate individuals in need of treatment for drugs and alcohol use. Listen to and guided individuals through there time of need. I have lead groups were individuals got to understand, depend and support one another.
