Project Lead – PLM, Supply Chain & Advanced Manufacturing L&T Technology Services, Peoria, IL 2021 to Present

Provided strategic direction and tactical leadership for business turnaround/transformation projects spanning the manufacturing, spend management, supplier quality, and regulatory functions of OEMs and contract manufacturers in the Aerospace and Défense sectors.

Planned and executed 3 business-critical International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) projects with end-to-end responsibility for analysing, optimizing, and documenting all PLM, supplier licensing processes, document transfer and manufacturing execution issues.

Conducted due diligence on PLM, licensing, and export processes to identify operational and regulatory gaps and provide targeted recommendations that streamlined processing and supplier execution to insure timely transfer and manufacturing on time delivery.

Key Achievements:

oDesigned a new executive dashboard covering 16 product lines, 200+ parts, and 16 suppliers to align executive stakeholders and facilitate task prioritization across global cross-functional teams, resulting in potential $1.1M in annual supplier cost savings.

oDetail due diligence that identified ITAR process flaws and recommended corrective measures (including a visual ITAR submission method) that helped avoid $70M in potential penalties and new ITAR template that became new submittal visual standard.

Program Manager - Direct Materials Management, & Purchasing SAP Ariba, Pittsburgh, PA 2017 to 2020

Served in a multi-faceted, client-facing program leadership and consultancy role involving development of new policies, processes, and training programs to accelerate and streamline the delivery of SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC) cloud solutions.

Oversaw the Agile development of SAP processes and tools for multiple supply chain activities, including demand forecasting, collaboration, purchase orders, EMS subcontracting, supplier-managed inventory, quality, returns, and ETE user training.
