• Primarily focused on front-end development, working closely with artists and designers to create the desired user experience. Occasionally delved into the back-end for proper functionality.

• Developed systems for dynamically applying visual affects and animations to objects as the game state required them, in order to reduce the amount of work that all departments would need to do otherwise, while also improving game performance, reducing file sizes, and allowing for flexible future design goals.

• Joined development teams for multiple projects new and old, generally implementing game play and multi-user interface features for multiple platforms.

• Proposed and implemented solutions to structural obstacles that persisted between projects, saving immeasurable amounts of development time.

• Worked on a mobile 2D story-telling game with puzzle-solving elements.

• Recreated existing Game Maker (game engine) version of a 2D RPG Match-3 game.

• Included four character classes, two dozen enemies, and 100+ items.

• Created two game modes: Story and Endless. Endless increased difficulty until the player lost.

• Created prefabs for easy addition or modification of player characters, items, and enemies.

• Set up the project so that it would work with PC and Mobile (Android and iOS) devices.
