· To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.
· ARBITRATION (DISPUTE RESOLUTION): You agree that any and all disputes arising out of this application, or Advance America's evaluation of this application, shall be resolved solely by final and binding individual arbitration. You hereby waive your right to a trial by jury and your right to pursue the resolution of any dispute in a class action or to be a named or unnamed class member in any such action. You understand that this Dispute Resolution Provision will remain in effect if you withdraw or abandon your application.
