June/95-January/97, employed by Sara Lee Direct as order entry /customer service representative. Responsibilities and Duties included placing catalogue sale orders in computer system, customer service, new product training, filing and sorting mail and providing customer with merchandise information. May/97 -November/97, employed by James A. Johnson Nursing Center of High Point, NC as an activity assistant. Responsibilities and Duties included planning and implementing programs, leading recreational activity groups, expressive therapy, writing progress notes and performing one-on-one groups with isolated patients. November/97-January /98, employed by High Point Behavioral Health as a recreational therapist on a psychiatric unit as well as chemical dependency.
