Image Classification using Transfer Learning in large image dataset

March 2022 – April 2022

In this project, the client provided 10K images containing defective and non-defective images. The main objective of the project is to classify the two type of images and store the result. Project required to read massive images of the network path defined in the configuration. We have developed system which runs every hour and reads the files from the network. The challenge was to identify defective images with a high accuracy of nearly 99%. As a projectile, we need more images to form the deep learning model generated by the image enhancement

technique. In a second step, read the image using

OpenCV and apply the learning transfer to develop the model.

As a result, our image classification model obtained a satisfactory default image classification with a Type 2 error of zero.

Terabyte-Scale Data Ingestion Cloud Infrastructure for Autonomous Driving

In this project, a custom solution was developed to address challenges in scaling terabyte-scale data

ingestion pipelines for an autonomous driving company. Vertax AI, Kubernetes clusters, and autoscaling

technologies were leveraged to increase efficiency, reliability, and scalability while reducing costs. The infrastructure was bootstrapped using Terraform and Terragrunt, and Argo Workflows were employed to run the data ingestion pipelines, with ArgoCD for self- healing capabilities and continuous deployment. By implementing auto-scaling policies, the solution

dynamically scaled based on demand, resulting in

significant cost savings and a robust, efficient, and secure cloud infrastructure. The project successfully improved data processing and storage capabilities, ensuring the company could scale their operations

effectively.

Hospital position recommendation

To find the most reasonable hospital position in 10k satellite images, in each image every element that can be influenced to hospital is detected using a trained model, which is builded using AWS Sagemaker and

AWS ECR. And then every image is evaluated to see if a new hospital can be builded or not in it.
