2023 Feb- Current SALES SPECIALIST FOOD SERVICE: Charlie’s Produce
Targeting and selling large leverage customers in Northern Oregon and Vancouver area. Built a 1.3 million base of business in the first 8 months. Expanded product offering in produce, grocery and supplies to penetrate and grow business within new customers.
2022 Jan- Feb 2023- NATIONAL DIRECTOR OF SALES AND MARKETING: Passport Foods-Retail and Club
Working across multiple cross functional teams: Supply Chain, Demand Forecasting, R&D, QA and Logistics. Responsible for new item development for Costco, BJ Wholesale and all Specialty and Conventional Retailers accounts. Managing our National Broker Agencies for both Club and Retail. KPI reviews weekly to manage progress and growth. Managing budgets and objectives across all items and segments.
2020-Jan-Jan 2022 – WESTERN US SALES MANAGER: Egg Innovations
Responsible for Retail, Foodservice, Costco, and Amazon selling on the West Coast. Direct accounts National and Regional: Albertson’s, Safeway, Vons, Stater Bros, Raley’s, and Save Mart. Specialty Retailers include Metropolitan Markets, Natural Grocers, Harmon’s Grocery, New Seasons Market, Market of Choice, Nugget Markets, Gelson’s, Erewhon Café Markets, Bristol Farms and Lazy Acres, Sprouts, Jambo’s Naturally Markets. Sold (9) Specialty retailers, Vons and Safeway Seattle division. Launching Regenerative Farmed Egg products under the Helpful Hens brand. Leading the country with new sales in the first 8 months with 12 Specialty Natural Markets sold.
2014 Feb – Dec 2020- WESTERN REGIONAL MANAGER: Joseph’s Gourmet Pasta Company
Responsible for Foodservice, Retail, Club and Amazon selling and managing distribution and brokers. Collaborate with key accounts and develop products needed to convert large pieces of business in the West. Direct broker management with sales execution plans per segment to obtain budgets. Establishing leadership position in the pasta and sauce category in the West.

Responsible for budget planning in conjunction with sales strategies, sales analysis, sales training, and key accounts for 9 Western states. Selling, initiating action plans, to the sales execution team with regards to growth and profit. Collaborate with senior management in establishing and recommending sales goals that will maximize revenues and ensure growth. Client management includes JR Simplot, Windsor Foods, Land O Lakes, and CSM Bakery.
1993-2009: PRESIDENT-CEO-FOUNDER: Golden Bear Sales and Marketing
Built the organization as a “startup” business. Finished first year with $123,000 brokerage income, after year 5 we earned 1.5 million in brokerage revenue.
