Bilingual Project Support Specialist

I take inbound and outbound calls. I verify that our customers are aware that they are scheduled or set installation appointments up for them. I also assist the Installation Professionals with needs that weren't addressed by the store at the point of purchase. I negotiate additional purchase orders so that the Installation Pro can proceed with the installation. I call customers to request additional funds that may have been missed before installation or unforeseen circumstances that arise whilst there. I email Installation Pros about not scheduling within a timely manner. I locate merchandise, materials, etc that allow me to push the job or work order to ready-to-schedule status.

Call Center Spanish-Bilingual Rep

Take calls from Patients requiring help to get registered for the Covid 19 Vaccine. Registered multiple Patients on one call and scheduled them for their vaccinations at various locations throughout New Mexico. Answered questions regarding the vaccination process and assisted with troubleshooting their computers when patients preferred to register themselves on our website. Also helped with minor word press assignments. Filled in for high call volume times as needed.

Make a Wish Foundation of New Mexico

I volunteer for Make a Wish Foundation, performing interviews, filling out paperwork, and gathering paperwork to fulfill the wish. Once assigned a wish I keep track of the expenses and provide proof and receipts.

Volunteered at Association s thrift store, speaker for domestic violence classes and presentations to survivors and volunteers as well as to the press, voted Volunteer of the Year 2000

Catholic Charities of NM

I volunteered for 6 months full-time, translating and processing VAWA Immigration petitions for various clients. Had the opportunity to work closely with Attorney Mirna Torres from El Paso Texas.
