Successfully remediated the issue of disk space reaching 100% utilization, prompting numerous calls for support by setting up, a process to archive older files and later drop the files after the retention period ends and dropping old partition data from tablespace, and setting up an automated process. The result ended the support calls once the process was deployed to production.
