–Plan, coordinate and direct the total administrative and programmatic activities of a large size, maximum security adult male correctional facility in compliance with ACA standards, and MTC and Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC) directives.

–Directly supervise the deputy wardens of operations and programs, and the following departments: finance, human resources, maintenance, information systems, investigations, compliance and administration.

–Develop and implement new and revised policies and procedures, ensure staff understanding and adherence, and review annually.
