Ingles:

Cashier- (October 2020/ May 2021)

As a cashier at Ingles my job was to focus on my customers and give them the best customer service and care. If my customers needed help with anything I would gladly help them because I wanted my customers to know that I am here to assist them with their needs, even if it’s just something small. I was always told to give a positive attitude and a smile so that my customers could come back and enjoy shopping with us.

Zaxby’s:

Cashier- (June 2021/January 2022)

While working here my job was to have great communication skills and to also sale food in the most efficient and kind manner. Following these principles helped me gain my customer’s trust and allow them to come back. By the end of the night I would clean my area and if I was working on the register I had to count down my money draw to make sure I made the right amount of money that day.

Angie’s Beauty Supply:

Cashier/ Sales Associate- (April 2022/August 2023) Working at Angie’s Beauty has taught me a lot about customer service and retail. Here I got to experience what it really meant to have your customers come back and actually ask to see you again because of the experience they had with you. My job here was to check out customers and to always greet them when they come in. After a while my job description changed. My managers had moved me into retail not once but twice. I started off in the hair section where I would stock hair and also sale hair but while trying to sale the hair I had to make sure I was actually selling it. Sometimes I would buy the hair and try it, so when the customers came in looking for good quality hair I could tell them. After the hair section I was placed in the wig section where I basically did the same thing but it was just a little different. I would cut lace for my customers and earn tips just for helping them with that and also I would walk around with them and give them some suggestions if needed. By the end of the night I would clean my section and go home.
