I would adapt & float daily working 1 of 15 production lines. I covered call-outs, vacations, or covered the lines for their breaks and lunches. I consistently maximized production, and minimized waste. I also completed quality checks to ensure we were running a safe and quality product. I directed daily housekeeping of the line, around the line, and throughout the factory. I also assisted in inventory control, as well as, directing others on their task for the day. I contributed towards leading the factory in safety on a daily basis.

If Product Support my duties included maneuvering the warehouse on a forklift to locate product for the current order in a safe and timely manner. Also, completing correct scanwork so product inventory was current and up to date.
