S&P Global is an Information technology company with experience across world largest industries which leverage technology and data science to provide the insights, software and data to help customers to make more informed decisions, driving growth, performance and efficiency in various fields. Current Application MTA where data for all the trading is processed and evaluated to give the clients border research to their business. Each client registered will have an experience of getting the analytical information and performance of their business in the form of reports so that they can view all the statistical data.

Application has 3 modules: client management, report generation and data processing. Client management is a module where the clients will set-up the batches that need to be processed and the data processing module will automatically download the files and start processing.

The report generation module is used to generate multiple reports like analytic reports and trade reports, compliance reports etc. These reports can be downloaded in multiple formats.

Roles & Responsibilities

●Communicating with the Business Team to gather requirements and creating Requirement documents, Sequence diagrams and flow diagrams.

●Development of new restful web service Api’s using spring boot microservices.

●Created JPA Repositories for Reports Module and wrote complex queries to retrieve data from the database.

●Developed reports-scheduler module as spring boot microservice with Api’s for different schedules and different file-types where the users can schedule the reports and it will create respective tasks to execute the reports in a timely manner.

●Created the file-configuration module where users can configure different files that need to be processed and created the necessary backend rest-services to configure the file types.

●Written stored procedures using SQL/ PLSQL to process the data and running those procedures using Java Transactions.

●Created Validation templates using Spring AOP.

●Supporting the application by verifying the logs in Kibana and debugging the Application.

●Writing unit tests and integration test cases and reviewing them with the business Teams. Executing the unit Test cases using TestNG. Testing some of the functional tests done by postman.

Active Health Management (AHM) is a sister concern of AETNA Health Insurance. It manages AETNA's software systems and products. The current project communication engine is where AETNA sends all its communications to doctors, nurses’, clients, hospitals, members etc. The system is designed in such a way that all the communication is configured, and it is executed based on the program set by the campaign. There are multiple types of campaign’s ad-hoc, campaign, recurring campaign, email, letter etc.,

Roles & Responsibilities

●Providing technical leadership and guidance to the offshore team on their day-to-day activities.

●Development of campaign module micro-services using rest-full web services, spring boot.

●Developed common components which are used across all the modules it is based on custom java-8 functional Interfaces.

●Developed the mappings and for the campaign module with spring JPA and spring transactions. Also written business components using Java, J2EE, Multi-threading and other features like java-8 functions and streams.

●Developed caching framework with spring cache module and Redis-cache for storing member Itenary details.

●Deployed the application on a production environment by viewing the logs using Kibana.

The project involved developing an Order Processing System, which spans the entire life cycle of order processing from receiving an enquiry through delivery of sample to final delivery. The system provides for generation of sales order, shipment order etc., with report generation at every stage. Conversion of currency has been incorporated.

Roles & Responsibilities

●Involved in designing functional specifications, Design and Development of the second phase of the project, which contains modules Enquiry, Creating Sales/Purchase Orders, Shipment of Goods - Invoice, BL.

●Developed various reusable Helper and Utility classes which are being used across all the modules of the application. Used Spring MVC to build the controllers and wrote multiple Servlet filters for validation.

●Written complex queries for invoice generation and shipment data.

●Designed and developed JSP, Servlets, HTML, java Script, MYSQL Database for data storage, and coding programs using Java, writing HTML and testing.
