I am PhD graduate from the University of KwaZulu Natal and I am a lecturer at the University of Zimbabwe with research interests in Public Administration, Local Government Management and Banking and Finance. Actively participated in the rollout of Internet connectivity projects for schools across the country

Recommended and implemented online recruitment of teachers across the country to cut red tape.

Recommended and adopted the training of teachers on digital skills through the Go-Digital initiative to address ICT skills shortages in the MoPSE.

Recommended and led the development and implementation of a treasury dealing system for the treasury dealing and operations teams.
