Professional Experience:

1.MEAL Officer/Coordinator:- currently I am working as MEAL Officer at Development Expertise Center (DEC) on Kefeta project, USAID fund, started from March 2022, and I have worked as MEAL Coordinator on Global Fund project and at TGPDA organization on British Conical fund from July 11, 2013 to December 2016.

Developed and implemented MEAL systems for multiple programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and donor requirements.

Designed and conducted baseline assessments, mid-term evaluations, and end-line evaluations to measure program impact and identify areas for improvement.

Led the development and implementation of monitoring tools, data collection protocols, and data management systems.

Analyzed quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for program improvement.
