I started as a helper learning all types of flooring installation within 6 months was running my own truck doing all of the homeowner jobs because of the quality of work I was performing I left their after 13 years of service because of management I wanted to move up into a sales position they told me I was to valuable in the field.i left on good terms in 2007.

In this position I was interacting with homeowners and earning trust with them to leave me in there house alone I was responsible for making material list for completing jobs loading and unloading of my truck everyday reporting any issues to my foreman.

I assisted in clearing lots for new neighborhoods or commercial retail laying underground water lines and sewer pipe I learned how to run heavy equipment like backhoe bull dozer rubber tire loaders .

2010 /2016

I started out as a helper on a crew learning the property after 6 months was running my own 5 person crew handling all of charter colony common areas. I was responsible for maintaining my truck plus equipment. The I took over the enhancement division on new projects from design of projects.

This was a small company that tried to get into the buying and flipping of houses I performed most of the work that was done that involves painting demolition installing new windows and doors company was not managed properly went out of business.

I went back to doing hardwood for Sean Toney

It was just a 3 man operation not much room for advancement. The owner was a close friend of mine he new me being their was going to be short until I found something more stable. But that wasn't the case in June of 2020 I was in a severe accident to wear a drunk driver completely ran me over while I was on my motorcycle and put me in the hospital for quite a while I had several injuries that took many months of rehab almost back to 100%

I was doing service work on rentals. property management company when someone moved out I would go in and repair anything that was broken to get ready for the next person to move in. I took a leave of absence in June 2022 to have knee replacement so I'm at the point now where I’m ready to come back to work but they’ve already replaced me
